The Birkenhead Drill

By popular demand I've been instructed to give a little credit to myself for getting into the Society of Illustrator's Student competition. I will be going to New York for the opening of the show and also for a bit of self-promo. I am in good company as there are so many wonderfully talented artists in this years show. I have the pleasure of working alongside of a few of them at the Academy and hope to continue to do so in the future. A few of the others that were selected included, but are not limited to: Ben Jelter, Betty Edwards, Chiaki Uchida, Ryan Jones, Elba Martinez, Andrea Rhodes (sjsu), Francis Vallejo (ringling).
